Property Description A private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps up to 10 guests, located behind a coffee roastery and bistro. Fully fenced, includes a private pool, hummingbird and butterfly-friendly garden, and birdwatching amenities in the Hummingbird Capital of the USA. 2. Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed without written permission. 3. Payment Terms Total payment determined by third party. Cleaning Fee: $150 Payment is due in full upon booking. Any damages will be charged via third party’s resolution process. 4. House Rules • No smoking indoors • No pets unless pre-approved • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM • No parties or events without written permission • Pool use is at guest’s own risk 5.
